We offer hassle-free rescheduling. If you need to change your appointment date or slot, you can cancel or change it by replying to our SMS confirmation or calling our lounge hotline at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.

What does "4 concurrent bookings per slot" mean? +

To ensure high quality, personal attention, and maximum social distancing, our salon holds 4 separate service chairs running at the same time. This means a maximum of 4 clients are scheduled per 45-minute slot. Once 4 bookings occur on a slot, it automatically shuts down and is disabled in our system.

Do you accept card payments or mobile banking at the lounge? +

Yes, absolutely. You don't need to make any advanced payments online. You can check in at our front desk and pay after your package sessions are completed. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, bKash, Nagad, and Cash.
